Director, Richard Mascall is an Associate of the British Academy of Experts and is able to provide expert witness reports in accordance with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR 35 valuation) in relation to valuations. The majority of the work undertaken involves retrospective valuation advice in connection with possible sales of undervalue. Valuation advice is also given retrospectively on disposal campaigns and costs.
