08/04/19 - Record Breaking First Quarter of 2019!
We are pleased to write that we have seen a record number of new instructions in March 2019 with the first quarter of the year breaking the record for the number of instructions received in a 3 month period since MGR Appraisals began in December 2009.
In the round we have seen a 50/50 split on instructions for asset based lending purposes and insolvency/corporate restructuring.
The top 5 sectors for instructions received in the first quarter were:
1. Manufacturing
2. Food & Drink Retail
3. Construction
4. Services
5. Retail
The remainder of instructions fell within the sectors of energy, health, IT, sports, transport and wholesale.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank those companies and individuals we have worked with so far this year and we look forward to a record breaking year ahead!
